This hotel was really centrally located and the staff members at the reception were available at any time. The beds have been cozy and the people in the hotel had been normally respectful with each other so the atmosphere was ok.The air con was off and on, but they fix it. Pretty nice hotel and excellent area. I Absolutely endorse this hotel!

The staff members is a ten, very attentive and friendly. The food, the amenities, all the things was Great. We enjoyed a great stay along with the dinner was mouth watering. We loved Hotel Ibersol Alay. We are going to come back there!

Great personnel, really helpful and useful in particular throughout the day shifts. For the cost its a great deal. The receptionist is amazing, is familiar with great places to go to for visitors.

Extremely wonderful and clean spot. The location is excellent, precisely what we preferred. Beds were being extremely comfy. There wasn’t much of the social environment but surely is great for a full night rest. I loved my days here enormously and will most likely come once again for my future visit to Benalmádena.
